Ultra66 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ultra66 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the ultra66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use ultra66's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in the activities offered by the platform is prohibited;
- Register only one personal account in your own name and not on behalf of any other party without authorisation;
- Provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process.
Ultra66 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend the account of any user who fails to meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
All users are required to complete an identity verification process before making their first withdrawal. Required documents may include a national ID, passport or other relevant documents issued by a recognised authority. ultra66 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time for security or compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ultra66 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain account security.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the ultra66 platform:
- Using bots, automated software or any technology designed to manipulate games or the platform's systems;
- Opening more than one account for yourself or on behalf of others;
- Using funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in any money laundering activities;
- Abusing promotions, bonuses or platform offers in a dishonest manner;
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Violations of this prohibition may result in account suspension or permanent closure without compensation.
Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy
All transactions on the ultra66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that takes place outside the platform is solely the user's responsibility, and ultra66 does not bear any conversion fees.
Deposits to your ultra66 account can be made via supported local payment methods such as FPX and digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set on your account. Deposits cannot be reversed once processed. ultra66 reserves the right to reject or place a hold on any suspicious transaction for compliance and security purposes.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and your account verification status. ultra66 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted bank account details are accurate and up to date. ultra66 is not liable for any payment delays or failures caused by incorrect information or third parties such as the receiving bank.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Ultra66 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures or unauthorised access by third parties beyond our reasonable control. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
All content on the ultra66 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is the property of ultra66 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written consent from ultra66.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. ultra66 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites and accepts no responsibility in relation to them. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Ultra66 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, or has engaged in fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity. In the event of a suspension, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Should the investigation confirm a serious breach, the balance may be forfeited in full in accordance with applicable law.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. All valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to the withdrawal policy in effect at the time.
Changes to these Terms
Ultra66 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the designated resolution forum as prescribed by law.
